Develop, enhance, and administer product programs and regulatory adherence for newly integrated Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) service.

*** Oversee all Prescription Benefit Management activities including network-pharmacy claims processing, mail order, benefit design consultation, drug utilization review, formulary management, and other related services.

*** Evaluate and disseminate consumer education, member and physician mailings, and referral sources, accounting for demographics, literacy, cultural diversity, and language barriers.

*** Measure key quality metrics including best practices and participant satisfaction.

*** Lead continuous quality improvement process for all PBM program consumers, providers, and clients.

*** Ensure Medicare compliance for clinical activities.

*** Monitor acumen data for patient safety and high risk management to obtain desired Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Star Ratings.

*** Maintain adherence program through consumer identification, notification, and intervention.

*** Perform comprehensive medication reviews.

*** Ensure completion of Prescription Medication List.

*** Manage direct reports including mentoring staff, conducting performance reviews, and advising on employee promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
