Opportunity for an Antibody Engineering Leader with experience managing and guiding teams of scientist from preclinical drug discovery and development to project completion to head Antibody Engineering Department.

Shall lead preclinical bispecific and multispecific antibody engineering projects using phage display techniques.

Ability to effectively communicate key studies, protocols and results to varying groups is essential.

Must have a PhD and at least 10+ years of experience in the design, development, generation and optimization of antibodies and antibody fragments such as single chain variable fragments (scFv), with some years including managerial responsibilities.
