*** Conduct software and hardware updates and equipment overhaul assistance.

*** Provide technical expertise to field service technicians.

Requirements:

*** Knowledge of current and older, wide format and 3D printers, scanners, copiers, and fax machines.

*** Valid driver license and clean driving record.

*** Experience troubleshooting a variety of Panasonic, docStar, HP, Konica Minolta, Xerox, or similar brand products.
