*** Develop & optimize microencapsulation and similar controlled release and smart delivery systems.

*** Utilize Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, Infrared Spectroscopy, Thermogravimetric Analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Gel Permeation Chromatography, Scanning Electron Microscopy, and similar to characterize materials.

*** Serve as subject matter expert for queries related to coatings formulation.
