Scientist Analytical Methods Development Bioanalysis Bioanalytical Drug Metabolite Identification Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry LC-MS/MS _ .

Seeking Bioanalytical Expert with strong understanding of physicochemical properties, drug metabolizing enzyme & transporter kinetics, mechanistic biotransformation, bioanalytical data troubleshooting to independently lead PK analyses and PK/PD modeling supporting pharmacokinetics, efficacious dose predictions, and risk assessment of drug-drug interaction potential involving small molecule drugs.

Activities:

*** Method development, validation, and sample analysis by LC-MS/MS.

*** Author technical reports and summaries suitable for inclusion in regulatory filings and correspondence with regulatory authorities.

*** Manage, coach and mentor a mid-sized junior bioanalytical lab scientists team.

*** Provide expert advice on complex bioanalytical issues and solutions and guide analytical method automation and workflow streamlining.

*** Interface regularly with scientists from (Medicinal Chemistry, Toxicology, Formulations, Clinical Pharmacology, Drug Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, etc to collaboratively solve problems and develop creative solutions.

Requirements:

*** BS or MS in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Drug Metabolism, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar.

*** 4+ years of industry experience with thorough hands-on experience using liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.
