Activities:

*** Negotiate and price new and renewal business accounts utilizing analysis of financial requirements and risk levels.

*** Develop new business through prospecting; approve or decline new applications or renewal submissions according to company standards and industry guidelines.

*** Grow profitable relationships with new clients and appointed agents.

Requirements:

*** Knowledge of underwriting processes, tools and coverages; ability to gather and evaluate data from applicants to reach decisions on renewal and new business applications.

*** Experience underwriting Cyber Liability Risks including Cyber Business Interruption, Data Loss, Data Destruction, Data Breach, Systems Damage, Computer Fraud, Funds Transfer Loss, Cyber Extortion - Ransomware, Denial of Service, Defamation, Digital Cash, Intellectual Property, Technology Liability, Content Liability, Security & Privacy Liability, Software Theft, Regulatory Investigation, Regulatory Defense, Media Liability, Virus Transmission, IT Professional Errors & Omissions, etc.

*** Understanding of Cyber Liability underwriting and risks including interruption of business, funds transfer loss, computer fraud, or data loss, etc.

Base compensation to $130,000 plus performance bonus; stock; company matched 401(k); company paid family doctor, hospitalization, prescription, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; tuition reimbursement; employee assistance programs, and more.
