Live with projects from idea generation through concept evaluation, prototyping, validation testing, transfer to production.

Activities:

*** Customer interaction to ascertain requirements.

*** Developing product specification to meet those requirements including concept development, component design, design for manufacturing, analysis, prototyping, and validation testing.

*** Proactive participation in cross functional teams involving Machinists, CNC Programmers, and other manufacturing team members collaborating to achieve optimum project outcomes.

Ideal Requirements:

*** Engineering Degree.

*** Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, and machining.

*** Excellent communication skills.

*** Hands on ability with 3D CAD and FEA software.
