Qualifications:

*** NACE certification in Cathodic Protection.

*** Ability to design, install and test new CP systems based on inspection and survey data for individual sites.

*** Familiarity with Corrosion Engineering, Pipeline Corrosion Assessment & Remediation and Leak Detection.

Activities:

*** Design, install and test Impressed-Current and Galvanic Anode CP systems.

*** Identify corrosion mechanisms and assess corrosion defects inside of pipelines using smart pigs.

*** Perform leak detection and environmental compliance analysis following EPA guidelines.

*** Aid in internal corrosion activities including program setup; coupon installation, removal and evaluation; chemical treatment and overall program review.
