Seeking an individual with strong CMM programming background and ability to write programs and operate CMMs to collect dimensional data from component parts used in medical, aerospace or commercial product applications.

Functions:

*** Program Coordinate Measuring Machines using PC DMIS software, CMM Manager or other 3D Metrology software.

*** Write, edit and update CMM programs based on inspection needs.

*** Perform Gauge R&R studies, GD&T analysis, and analyze and document results.

Qualifications:

*** Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing

*** Ability to program and run Coordinate Measuring Machines from Zeiss, Hexagon Metrology, Mitutoyo, Zeiss or Wenzel.

*** Have solid understanding of PC DMIS or CMM Manager Software.
