Develop and program the controls system side of robot cell and production line sections (high speed high volume consumer goods assembly packaging) from concept thru the following steps:

*** Control systems architectural decisions-selection-design

*** Schematic and flow diagrams

*** Source and selection of control system components (sensors, vision, controllers, HMI, drives, motors, actuators, and associated software.)

*** 3D design

*** From scaratch development of FactoryTalk platform based user/operator machine interfaces (GUI and Flow customized to projects)

*** Documentation

Seeking experience with the following technologies:

*** Machine programming with Structured Text and Ladder Logic

*** Electrical Design software such as: EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.

*** FactoryTalk Machine Interface Developer

*** Servos, Motors and Variable Frequency Drives

*** Machine Vision such as Cognex or Keyence

*** Articulated arm robots and end effectors such as FANUC, ABB, Kuka, Motoman, etc

*** Machine Networked Data Comm such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN,
