Seeking individual experienced with controls system development, programming, troubleshooting, setting up, and debugging for packaging, material handling, converting, or similar equipment.

Exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work on a range of advanced packaging, bagging, material handling, labeling, and tracking equipment as a part of a team developing solutions for customers in foods, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.

Requires experience with:

*** Product packaging and processing equipment (bagging, filling, weighing, capping, sealing, shrink wrapping, palletizing, etc.)

*** Creating electrical drawings and documents including wiring diagrams, schematics, control panel layouts, manuals, etc.

*** Developing, writing, troubleshooting, and debugging PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface), and Motion Control programs.

*** PLC packages from major manufacturers (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Fanuc, Omron, etc.).

*** Integrating, connecting, and troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machinery with power distribution and controls systems.
