Building operations and maintenance service provider seeks Applications Engineer to manage HVAC Controls & Building Automation System retrofits as well as new construction projects in an assigned market.

*** Complete LonWorks, BACnet and Tridium integrations and upgrades.

*** Program Tridium and other major brands of Direct Digital Controls (DDC) following specific sequence of operations.

*** Inspect, operate, and test controls and equipment in order to diagnose system malfunctions.

*** Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC controls continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.

*** Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices to inspect drives, motors, and controllers, and perform maintenance actions as necessary.

*** Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions by checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.

*** Troubleshoot PLC devices including programming and integration.

*** Resolve computer networking issues, especially with LANs, Hubs, Routers, etc.

*** Prepare written service reports for the customer and management.
