Develop & manage manufacturing optimization program, utilizing Lean Systems and Six Sigma tools to lead continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Productivity.

Act as project manager to ensure organization objectives are met and create & maintain management strategy for division.

*** Manage projects from scope, requirements, resources, timeline, and variance perspectives. Create constant funnel of projects and report out on project status regularly. Fulfill Corporate reporting requirements.

*** Plan, organize, facilitate, and follow up on kaizen events; conduct kaizen, lean, six-sigma training; host outside kaizen participants; and similar.

*** Identify any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.

*** Initiate action to prevent occurrence of non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system.

*** Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

*** Utilize Lean & Six Sigma tools and collect and analyze data (metrics, value streams, audits, process flows, and similar) to develop improvement strategy.

*** Conduct training programs designed to promote a Lean Six Sigma philosophy, including standard tools.

*** Develop and maintain handbook detailing recurring internal audit events (Robotic Process Automation0, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Model Cell Audits), communication and training strategies, and project management tactics with financial evaluation.

*** Work towards LEAN BLACK BELT.
