Seeking candidate with solid background in standard contract surety underwriting to perform independent risk analyses on new requests and existing relationships.

Shall:

*** Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements.

*** Assess risk associated with direct requests from construction companies.

*** Evaluate financial condition, credit history, experience and character of prospective accounts.

*** Develop contractor client relationships.

*** Network with key players in the construction industry to increase visibility in the marketplace.

*** Maintain accurate underwriting documentation in adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
