Seeking individual with demonstrable success as a claims professional specializing in Personal-Bodily Injury. Must be willing to travel for settlement conferences and mediations.

Required:

*** 7+ years direct experience as a claims specialist with considerable personal Injury & Bodily Injury claims experience.

Activities:

*** Solve complex, challenging claims issues through investigating coverage problems and resolving coverage questions.

*** Meet with attorneys involved in the case and provide input, direction, and recommendations during litigation.

*** Monitor trial proceedings and negotiate settlements within assigned authority.
