Seeking 5+ years experience prospecting and appointing of new agents and a large number of professional relationships with independent agents in the area to be responsible for securing, developing, and managing assigned agents to achieve profitable results and growth from commercial lines business.

Shall:

*** Monitor production, loss ratios, renewal retention ratios and other production and quality measures of assigned agents

*** Contact agents via phone and agency visitations

*** Analyze agencies for quality, volume, mix and profitability of assigned agents

*** Prospect and appoint new agents

*** Train agency personnel on guidelines

*** Generate monthly Agency Experience reports
