Support development and manufacture of a variety of skin care products and over the counter cosmetics.

Responsibilities:

*** Formulate and facilitate development of innovative skin care products, line extensions, and product improvements.

*** Develop make-up emulsions and other color product formulations accounting for color regulations and limitations of relevant raw materials.

*** Collaborate with project managers and customers to develop product forms and shade palettes meeting specifications.

*** Develop stability protocols for color products.

*** Work in production environment when necessary.

*** Supervise and mentor junior chemists in color cosmetics formulation and color matching.

*** Advise on lab equipment needs.
