Products include implants for foot and ankle, hand and wrist, shoulder and elbow, tendon and peripheral nerve protection and repair.

*** Primary prospecting points include neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and spine specialists.

*** Apply clinical expertise, market & product knowledge, relationship building, effective clinical change management and exceptional customer service to hunt down, advance and close opportunities.

*** Assess and develop product related technical competencies of the customer.

*** Sales presentations and interaction in surgical and intensive care areas of the hospital.

*** Conduct clinical training and field support to promote knowledge, increase product utilization and ultimately account revenue.

*** Liaison with key physicians and nurses regarding clinical needs, patient management direction, and effectiveness of products.

*** Function as a field resource to the Marketing Department during product development, new product introductions, and product promotions.

*** Maintain a high level of clinical, market and product knowledge.

Base salary to $110,000 and uncapped commission plan, added incentives including full company paid family medical prescription & dental benefits program, life insurance, company matched 401(k), Savings Plan, 14 paid holidays and 3 weeks paid vacation.
