Conduct cleaning validation activities at generic drug manufacturing and packaging facility.

Generate cleaning validation study documentation including protocols, new equipment acceptance forms, commissioning documentation, final reports and addenda while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements in support of engineering, manufacturing, process development, facilities, quality control, and quality assurance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*** Support multiple departments on cleaning and cleaning validation issues.

*** Author cleaning protocols and standard operation procedures related to facilities, utilities, instrumentation, processing and drug manufacturing equipment, packaging materials and packaging machinery.

*** Implement and follow up: Risk Assessments; Corrective and Preventative Actions and Change Controls; Equipment Characterization; Equipment and Instrument Calibration Activities.

*** Conduct Cleaning Validation Studies, including method validation and coupon swabbing and spray coverage validation.

*** Ensure compliance with QA and cGMP systems.
