Investigate and settle commercial and personal auto bodily injury claims.

*** Contact loss parties within a set timeline.

*** Conduct scene and vehicle examinations including reviewing photographs, canvassing for witnesses, reporting duties, utilizing clinic inspections, requesting retrieval, and setting Independent Medical Examinations.

*** Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses for bodily injury assessments and settlements.

*** Analyze, evaluate, and adjust claims within limit of authority in compliance with statutory regulations.

*** Negotiate settlement of claims directly with unrepresented claimants and with represented claimant attorneys.

*** Track incoming workload, outcomes of investigations, and recommendations made for further coverage review.
