Direct bodily injury, automobile and related complex liability claims activities of subordinate adjusters.

Duties:

*** Develop and implement claim controls and guidelines.

*** Supervise and monitor claims handled by junior adjusters.

*** Authorize field investigations.

*** Ensure prompt resolution of policy coverage issues.

*** Monitor and revise case reserves to accurately estimate and cover expected losses.

*** Assess staff performance and provide training as needed.

Compensation package to include salary up to $120,000 and generous bonus plan. Benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
