Required:

*** Experience with complex specialty claims: Toxic Tort, Asbestos Exposure, Pollution, Environmental Health Hazards, or similar.

*** BA, BS, or equivalent. (JD a plus. CPCU, CCLA, SCLA highly desirable.)

Shall:

*** Manage and investigate complex claims with higher exposure and severity.

*** Investigate, analyze, review, and resolve direct claims and reinsurance claims.

*** Review coverage and loss notices.

*** Establish and evaluate reserves, and evaluate liability and damages.

*** Assist with developing the claims handling and litigation strategies

*** Investigate, analyze, and report on reserves to reinsurance teams.
