*** Evaluate and formulate electron beam and ultraviolet curable dispersions for inks and coatings via spectroscopy, particle size analysis and various methods of color evaluation.

*** Prepare small batch samples for direct customer sampling.

*** Scale up products from laboratory to production

*** Conduct analyses on existing product lines to resolve customer issues.
