Set up, program and operate CNC Horizontal Mills in a precision machining environment for Aerospace, Automotive and Medical device industries.

Essential Activities:

*** Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions and reference points.

*** Sets up mills and lathes, adjusting tools, attachments, bushings, cams, gears etc.

*** Operate CNC Mills, Lathes, Turning machines, Drills or Bores according to specifications on blueprints.

Requirements:

*** Previous role in an industrial manufacturing facility operating Computer Controlled Machine Tools.

*** Ability to hold close tolerances for machined parts.

*** Strong knowledge of processes related to machining, able to troubleshoot problems with machines and auxiliary equipment.

Compensation up to $80,000 with overtime potential. Full medical, dental, vision, life and liability, and death and accidental dismemberment insurance. Pension plan with matched 401(k) and paid training programs for new equipment.
