Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various machined part production line equipment and machinery including Scheduled Maintenance, Change overs, and equipment rebuilds.

*** Install, maintain, trouble-shoot, repair, and rebuild CNC Machining Centers, Lathes, Mills, Grinders, etc., and other Machine Tools.

*** Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance as per work orders.

*** Read and interpret equipment manuals, drwaings, piping and instrumentation diagrams for major repairs and troubleshoots.

*** Change over, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical equipment, Controls, and power distribution systems in accordance with GMPs and SOPs.

*** Attend trouble calls and support production to ensure standard quality & efficiency and minimize all down time.

*** Order parts to maintain inventory of critical spares.
