Activities:

*** Use your technical expertise to walk customers through identifying parts, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate course of action.

*** Assist with ordering spare or replacement parts.

*** Investigate and resolve problems with machine controllers remotely.

*** Schedule service team and coordinate with customers regarding timeline, pricing, parts requirements, etc.

Qualifications:

*** 3+ years similar experience, hands-on troubleshooting and repair for CNC machine tools or remote 'help desk' support for manufacturing equipment is helpful.

*** Ability to diagnose Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or Electronic issues using diagrams, schematics, part drawings, etc.
