*** Ability to provide input on design for efficient manufacturability.

*** Willingness to learn new CAM programming software.

*** Mastery of high speed machining and tool path optimization.

*** Knowledge of machining stainless steel, steel, aluminum, plastics, copper, brass, and silicates.
