Seeking a Field Service Tech able to provide support and repair services to customers at their facilities including troubleshooting technical problems on machines and equipment, answering questions, and addressing customer complaints.

*** Install mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

*** Repair and replace CNC Saw and Cutter Components including VFDs, Servo motors, Power Supplies, Controls Units, HMIs, Saw Blades, Actuators, Gearboxes, Belts, Lubrication Systems, Hydraulic Pistons, Sensors, etc.

*** Demonstrate operation of machine tool equipment and related attachments and accessories.

*** Identify and resolve customer problems and issues.

*** Offer diagnostic support for products by performing customer service visits on both warranty and non-warranty products.

*** Read parts manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and other technical documents to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and machine controls such as PLCs.

*** Coordinate with customers to upgrade machines and equipment.
