CMM Programmer Operator Technician Inspector PCDMIS PC DMIS Automotive Compoment Part Metal Castings Machined Plastic Molding Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing GD&T PPAP SPC MSA FMEA APQP CMM Manager Nikon CMM White Light RAM Optical Instrumentation _ .

Seeking individual with CMM programming and operation skills and ability to apply techniques to measure plastic and metal components used in various applications in the commercial, medical or aerospace industries.

Shall:

*** Develop programs using CMM Manager or PC DIMS software.

*** Perform hands-on operation of CMMs.

*** Document and analyze results, provide reports to drafters and engineers to aid in design modifications to account for defects.

Experience:

*** Familiarity with GD&T and practical experience applying GD&T analysis.

*** Knowledge of Nikon, Zeiss, Hexagon Metrology, Mitutoyo or Wenzel CMMs.

*** Ability to use CMM Manager or PC DIMS software.
