Seeking individual to take on a quality inspection position, operating a stationary Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for a leading manufacturer of Lathes, Grinders, Milling Machines, and other CNC Machinery.

Duties:

*** Perform dimensional inspections and studies using part diagrams and drawings.

*** Analyze data, identify errors, and report issues to quality manager.

*** Verify machine measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gages, optical comparators, and similar hand tools.

Must have at least three years hands-on CMM programming or operating experience, a thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), the ability to apply GD&T analysis, and a familiarity of CMM Program Validations and Gauge R&R studies.
