The Business Partner Development Manager is a key contributor to our continued growth, and is responsible for engaging and guiding potential partner organizations to develop a mutually beneficial relationship by creating customized go-to-market talent identification and hiring plans

*** Identify and develop partnerships with companies who have the greatest potential to benefit from market specific hiring solutions and share in the vision of long term company growth

*** Provide critical business solutions based on the principal of understanding the industry, technology and people through engagement of executives, directors, HR leaders and industry experts with a focus on building long term relationships

*** Follow your curiosity by thinking ahead and anticipating industry trends and opportunities before your client's competitors

*** Measure success by tracking your activity to ensure you hit key milestones on time

*** Negotiate partnership and manage multiple business development projects simultaneously

Success Requires:

*** Ability to collaborate with others to reach mutually agreeable outcomes

*** Ability to act independently with minimal supervision

*** Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects

*** Ability to thrive in a highly complex environment
