Seeking leadership skills and experience within the Corrosion Control and Cathodic Protection industry with previous responsibility for in-house operations, personnel, and business development efforts.

Shall:

*** Lead all facets of the regional corrosion control technical services group and manage team members in business development and sales, operations, administrative staff, and warehouse personnel.

*** Manage team members responsible for customer engagement and assist with defining customer requirements and establishing profitable relationships with key clients.

*** Initiate and manage personnel training, coach team members and aid in continuous personnel growth.

*** Develop and manage annual sales goals, define profit and sales targets and develop strategies to meet targets; review performance and manage corrective action plans.

*** Ensure raw materials and spare parts inventory is managed correctly and orders are sent in on-time.

Qualifications:

*** 5+ years expertise in an operations focused role within a cathodic protection and corrosion control engineering firm with customers in pipelines, marine structures, or similar.

*** Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers from technicians to customer executives. Must be able to engage customers and participate in key sales efforts.
