Execute and process bond business transactions including setting up and maintaining submission, bond, account, and agency files and establishing appropriate file documentation.

*** Use bond systems to affect bond new business, endorsement, and renewal transactions.

*** Work with internal teams on billing issues, cancellations, etc.

*** Monitor bond work inventories and queues.

*** Set up files for handoff to underwriting teams.

*** Maintain bond and account electronic files.

*** Follow up with underwriters and underwriting assistants on bond booking.

*** Assist agents to service bond business.

*** Complete necessary documentation requests for agency service and setup.

*** Cultivate customer and producer relationships to promote Bond products and services.

*** Serve as subject matter expert regarding Bond service policies to meet customer needs and expectations.
