Seeking Utility Mechanic for manufacturing facility to ensures proper operation of auxiliary systems in support of production operations.

*** Serves as the licensed on-shift Boiler & Refrigeration Plant Engineer, ensuring proper operation of boilers and refrigeration plant.

*** Conducts chemistry analysis, adjustments and blowdowns and logs of systems.

*** Performs small valve maintenance, lubrication and other routine preventative maintenance.

*** Provides adjustment and troubleshooting in support of production operations.

*** Coordinates, administers and supervises maintenance mechanic activities related to systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Blue Seal Boiler License.

*** Blue Seal Refrigeration License.

*** Basic mechanical knowledge of compressed air, air-drying, cooling water, HVAC, wastewater and fire-fighting systems.

*** Working knowledge of industry regulations - local, state, Federal - Environmental, Safety (OSHA), USCG, Quality/Food Safety; BRC; FSMA; HACCP

*** Experience in a manufacturing facility
