The Job:

*** Program in Matlab or equivalent languages for data analysis, image analysis, and bioinformatics analysis.

*** Help optimize assay design and reaction conditions, and probe design algorithms.

*** Support development of fluorescent detection methods using polyacrylamide gel and high throughput capillary electrophoresis, and microfluidic, single molecule DNA sizing platform.

*** Support expansion of assay technology portfolio to perform microRNA profiling in cells and tissues, biofluids, and single cells.

*** Support development nanotechnology based DNA and RNA extraction methods.
