Analytical Chemist Bioanalytical Research Associate Scientist Support Peptide Synthesis Protein Conjugation Custom Antibody Development Gene to Protein Expression _ .

Design, develop, and validate analytical methods for the separation, identification, and characterization of small molecules and biologics. (antibodies, peptides, proteins, oligosaccharides, oligonucleotides, and synthetic polymeric materials)

Required:

*** Experience performing separation methods: NMF, electrophoresis, centrifugation, and chromatography.

*** Utilized analytical methods such as: UV-VIS DAD, ELSD, HLPC, etc. to characterize entities.

*** Developed separation methods to determine content & purity including whole protein analysis, primary, and tertiary structure.

*** PHD in a related field.
