Support creation of drugs for use in clinical trials and scaled production for commercial markets by developing and maintaining controls systems for pharma manufacturing systems and skidded equipment utilized in fermentation, cell separation and recovery, filtration, purification, and clean utilities.

*** Design and commission control systems for new utilities and manufacturing equipment projects, including Allen-Bradley PLC hardware and software such as SLC, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000, and DeviceNet.

*** Review and approve vendor supplied drawings, and documents such as User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, Software Design Specifications, and Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing plans.

*** Travel to vendor sites for factory acceptance testing.

*** Develop Good Automated Manufacturing Practice controls documentation.
