Lead automation and controls projects for biotech and pharma manufacturing systems and equipment including Bioreactors, Centrifuges, Analytical Process Instrumentation, Purification Systems, Cell Separators, Clean-in-Place Systems, etc. used to develop, manufacture, and commercialize medicines to treat life threatening conditions.

*** Support design, engineering, and commissioning of control systems for new utilities or manufacturing equipment projects.

*** Review vendor supplied drawings, documents and test packages.

*** Perform factory acceptance testing.

*** Modify validated and non-validated systems within the Change Control program.

*** Develop controls documentation for capital projects.

*** Maintain and troubleshoot controls systems supplied with skidded equipment utilized in fermentation, cell separation and recovery, filtration, and clean utilities.
