Automobile parts manufacturer seeking an Automation Engineer to maintain plant-wide operation of process automation for electrical, mechanical and other equipment involved in automated assembly and plastic part molding.

Shall:

*** Troubleshoot, diagnose and modify machinery as needed to keep the plant working efficiently.

*** Interact with engineering department to develop plans, control sequences and programs in selecting control equipment for capital projects.

*** Install, troubleshoot and operate computers, programmable controllers and peripherals.

Experience:

*** Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar Engineering degree.

*** Four years related experience manufacturing industry a plus.

*** Able to troubleshoot, program and operate PLCs and similar automation equipment.

Starting compensation up to $80,000 with opportunity for overtime and end of year bonus.
