Assist design, construction, installation, and start-up of custom robotic manufacturing equipment.

*** Write program and set parameters for programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, variable frequency drives, servos, pneumatics, and sensors.

*** Ensure that machines are wired properly.

*** Commission machines on plant floor.

*** Program, test, and debug machine controllers.

*** Travel to job sites for start-up of machinery and follow-up support.

*** Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of the machines.

Technologies Used:

*** HMI programming and systems configuration using: Siemens WinCC Flex and Siemens Transline 2000; Panel Builder; Factory Talk View and WonderWare; Siemens S7 and TIA Portal Software.

*** PLC programming using: Allen Bradley RS logix 5000 and RS Logix 500; Allen Bradley SLC 500 PLC 5/04 & 5/05;

*** Robot programming on ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, or similar.

*** Design and programming of Servo and Variable Frequency Drive Motion Controls.

*** Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profinet, Profibus, MPI, or similar communications.

*** SolidWorks, Eplan, or AutoCAD.
