Seeking experienced Controls Design Engineer with background creating, testing, modifying, and programming controls hardware and software for robotic applications.

*** Assemble, set up, configure, program, test, and debug controls hardware and software programs in house, then disassemble, install, and commission in the field.

*** Program, test, and debug Programmable Logic Controllers.

*** Connect, test, troubleshoot, program, and debug robot attachments.

*** Develop, program, troubleshoot, and modify HMI (Human Machine Interface) programs.

*** Ensure controls hardware and software are working effectively with machinery, motors, sensors, actuators, peripheral attachments, control panels, etc.

Must have experience programming controllers and HMIs from Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, or similar manufacturers.
