Attorney - Life Sciences Pharmaceutical Research - Cambridge, MA

Description
Seeking an experienced Life Sciences Lawyer to draft and negotiate pharmaceutical or medical device related commercial contracts and conduct other legal advisory activities.

Candidate will negotiate contracts with counterparties such as universities, hospitals and provide legal advice for various regulatory matters relating to product pricing, licensing, co-sponsored research, clinical participation, and promotional activities.

Experience Sought:

*** 4+ years of in house legal experience at a biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar life science's industry.

*** Expertise in drafting and negotiating Research and Development pharmaceutical related commercial contracts such as: Master Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Informed Consent Agreements, Clinical Trail Agreements, and similar.

*** Experience advising on matters FDA marketing regulations.

*** Law firm credentials and active membership on the state bar.
