Seeking technically savvy individual to manage outside counsel and oversee negotiation and settlement of high exposure bodily injury insurance claims..

*** Manage diverse high exposure insurance claims including some that involve involving mass torts.

*** Assure appropriate identification, assessment, and management of exposures.

*** Collaborate with team to manage liabilities

*** Prepare cases for arbitration, negotiate terms and commutations, and draft settlement agreements

*** Administer large-loss settlement strategies.

*** Interpret statutory provisions, case law, and liability.
