Seeking 5+ years experience practicing insurance law and hands-on track record in all aspects of litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings to:

*** Provide legal counsel to Insurance Company Management on diverse legal issues, including coverage advice to the claim department, review of proposed settlement agreements and review of contracts, etc.

*** Manage complex insurance coverage and reinsurance matters with outside counsel including litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings.

*** Collaborate, advise, and provide expert support on motions, appeals, litigation plans, budgets and strategic decisions.

*** Travel to and personally appear at court conferences, mediations, arbitrations, strategy sessions, witness interviews, site visits or as otherwise necessary, primarily in the United States, but with some international travel possible.
