Seeking Assay Development Scientist with background in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or similar who can:

*** Develop and optimize cell based bioassays and binding ELISA assays.

*** Ensure compliance with standards and report quality anomalies.

*** Train researchers and junior scientists.

*** Conduct testing on in-process, product, stability, and research samples.

*** Write and revise test procedures and SOPs.

*** Calibrate instruments and devices prior to use.

*** Assist with process improvements and implementation of new instrumentation.

*** Assist with developing new analytical techniques and methods.

*** Assist in qualifying and validating methods.

Requires advanced degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or similar discipline and 3+ years developing and performing functional bioassays. Must be well versed in regulatory guidelines for assay design, development, analysis, and approval.
