Conduct Mechatronic, Machining, and Set-Up Apprentice programs by facilitating both hands-on practice and academic training in CNC machine tool applications.

*** Uphold and conduct existing training modules to apprentices according to company standards.

*** Select suitable work assignments and projects, prepare training material, and perform cost calculations for CNC machining operations such as turning and milling.

*** Develop CAD drawing abilities of students to create and read schematics.

*** Conduct additional training courses in programming in G&M code and ladder logic.

*** Set performance standard and monitor progress while enforcing policies.
