Guide customers through design, costing, process engineering, and product integration for piston, peristaltic, diaphragm, and similar positive displacement pumps and related fluid handling systems.

Activities:

*** Provide technical expertise to sales staff and marketing teams.

*** Translate voice of customer into appropriate technical solutions.

*** Analyze cost factors according to customer requirements and present quotes.

*** Prepare detailed product specifications for diaphragm pumps, piston pumps, peristaltic pumps, automated valves, dispensers, pneumatic and hydraulic components, etc. and conduct design reviews.

*** Work directly with engineering team during prototyping, testing, and approval.

*** Interface with customer during integration.
