Develop and customize formulations of high consistency silicone materials, liquid silicone rubber, and other elastomers for customer applications.

***REQUIRES RELOCATION TO NORTH CAROLINA***

*** Translate customer requirements into material specifications with a focus on custom compounding in both Liquid Silicone Rubber and Heat Cured Elastomer type materials.

*** Troubleshoot customer application and technical issues.

*** Participate and support quality in claims in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis.

*** Assist product management with product portfolio development and life cycle management.

*** Coordinate with Technology, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Plant Operations, EHS, and Regulatory departments.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree Chemistry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
