*** Develop, evaluate, validate, approve, specify, and select materials and processes for surface treatment, heat treatment, and metal surface painting and coating.

*** Perform hardness testing, grain size measurements, and microstructure analysis to

*** Troubleshoot, diagnose, debug, tune, and modify process to resolve documented or potential issues.

*** Train team members in new techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

*** Demonstrable expertise developing, specifying, implementing, testing, and optimizing coating, heat treatment, and plating treatment processes.

*** Expertise with Ti-Cad, High Velocity Oxygen Fuel thermal spray, Nital Etching, Anodization, or similar for aluminum, titanium, steel, or strong, light metallic alloys.

Top base salary to $110,000 and added incentives including extensive perquisites and significant upside potential stock participation are only part of the complete employment package for this position.
