Manage activities of staff technicians and machine operators, ensure proper continuous training efforts are effective and efficient. Develop cost saving measures and ensure manufacturing activities remain consistent with industry standards while operating in a cost-efficient environment.

Qualifications:

*** Process improvement and design experience for manufacturing activities.

*** B.S. in Engineering discipline and 2+ years experience with composite materials, fiberglass, engineered polymers, or carbon fiber.

*** Familiarity with 2D and 3D drafting and modeling; knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, TurboCAD, or similar software suite.

*** Composites manufacturing experience; knowledge of advanced composite materials and processes including vacuum infusion, vacuum injected molding, resin transfer molding, vacuum assisted resin transfer molding, etc.
